I think sometimes maid and waitress could coexist (or maybe we have a guideline I don't know?).

You're right. In cases like this that she's wearing in b/w and ruffles... But well, I think the requirement for maid would be the hairdress and the one for waitress, the tray (although not always is there). I relate maid with servant, and waitress with restaurant/bar worker... Maybe it depends on the background or mood.

I think in this case it's not necessary to tag maid but well, it isn't a problem if yes xD
