kazuya_kuroda tag just changed to kuroda_kazuya...

I looked at the tag list for this a while ago and it looked like both were used. Since there seem to be more surname_given tags than the opposite, I've been using that when creating new artist tags, but I check the tag list first ...

Personally, I don't care. Does Danbooru have a policy on this (could only find talk about character name ordering and not artists)? If anything, I'd mimic whatever they do on this. (It'd be cool if the artist db was just a mirror of danbooru's, since that seems like a waste of effort to do again ...)

We never really standardized on it, I can probably import danbooru's artist db in to this one.
