I think this "Man Only" rule kinda screw the tag. I don't know what's the exact usage everyone makes, but I usually search for male when I want to get references on how to draw boys. And pictures like these post #103846post #148717post #105571 can't have the tag just because of one female, despite the number of manly males.
In my point of view, male tag should be applied on a picture that features a man, with face, eyes, and part of the body exposed, at least (to avoid those random males on hentai pics). What do you think? I could help on the correct tagging.
"Pictures of males" is a broad description of the image. "Pictures including males" would be more of a Danbooru-style tag that just names one thing that happens to show up in the picture. There'd also be far more of them--we don't want to get carried away with tags that take a lot of work to maintain (like, err, "kimono" and "sword")...
