Silly Bakaneko. The PNG is transparent outside the girl so thus it's empty data, and the jpeg has a huge black background (2942x3391 pixels worth of data) so you have data outside the girl cause there's no transparency. Even though it's black it still count as data compared to a empty background. Transparency on oreno is shown as a black background on the thumbnail.
