Well, I see no reason to delete it, or even P/C the image. There are other images here which have a similar look & feel.

it's not and like radio said, there's more than just one images where the scenery and pose are similar.

I don't see why he would delete it. I've seen worse cases of plagiarism...

I'd like to make it clear that misaki claimed in a tweet that he did NOT warn the team himself; someone posted a comment on the team's blog using misaki's name.

Actually this picture has many innovations, but the coloring of the cabin is toooooo similar to the original. By my standards I think it is somehow okay if you painted this and claim it to be your work, but the first image poster of a game having so many resemblance to others' work is no good.
