Thanks you, that was the whole point. The dude that made the fixing on the original scan did the hardest job, though so credit shall fly to him. I just fixed a few spots, balanced colors and airbrushed the whole thing to destroy the trames.
The results is a somewhat heavily filtered and some details have been lost (especially hard and thin lines like the water dashes).

Quality is fine when scaled around 75% or less. At 100% you'll notice that outlines are edgy and unclean.
Hopefully it is still a bit a better than the previous fixing.
