I would delete them unless someone translates that text, and maybe then it could be worth to keep them.

Only cause I didn't see a point in putting them all on the main page. There's a lot of images that have child posts that have variations so I didn't see why this one was any different.

I figured different people would like different facial expressions, but delete them if you want.

If you feel you must you can uncheck show in index. 'Holds' are not supposed to be used that way.
