it's a pretty noob vector filled with lots of noob mistakes
whoever flagged this probably saw the noob mistakes and then saw the strokes and said 'zOMG strokes!' and then flagged it.

It's nice to see someone using strokes and ignoring the dogma that strokes = ugly or strokes = not putting effort in, but the person who did this is still inexperienced at vectoring, but that's just a case of practise and constructive criticism.

now i kind of feel obliged to put my money where my mouth is and upload something (since i haven't posted for several months now)...
