the shopping part is quite easy. I could do it within 5 minutes. The needed redrawing however is something I fail every time.

Pixelation would be better than this. A blurry blob would be better than this. Honestly, I'd have to say that using objects which obviously aren't really part of the picture (such as faces) for censorship is the worst type of censorship there is. We're stuck with a lot of censorship thanks to the laws in Japan, but some types are certainly better than others, and this is the worst of the lot.
