Why there are images I can't see even when I browse through all the new pages?. I have only been able to see this image browsing the comments section and also clicking on the "posted xx hours ago", But on the normal page it doesn't appear at all and I haven't blacklisted anything

But the parent post don't go to the top when a child is posted? Because if this don't happen I will never see child posts posted on very old posts. If someone post a child to a image that is on the page #300 I will never see it

Correct. One way to deal with it is to not hide child objects in the index.

We had a bit of an discussion about this in the forum...
I don't mind hiding dupes, etc. from the index (though there aren't so many that I care very much about that), but vibayo's described my problem with using it in general. I don't want to just not hide children; I'd like to find a real solution.

I'd like to find a way to make blacklisting (and deletes, etc.) not create holes in the index. If that could be done, then child posts could not be hidden in the index, and there could be a shortcut that hides the whole set of siblings and fills in the spaces (sort of like closing a tree view in a dialog), so it'd get the best of both worlds: if someone posts a big batch and you don't care about it and want to get it out of the way, just minimize it.

But that's tricky and I'm still brainstorming; no guarantees.
