There are a lot of pages with an unusual amount of whitespace on the sides, which can probably be scanned more easily without debinding. Was a bit too late to get it retail--price off auction was a bit high to buy a second maimable copy...
A bigger issue is that I don't have a scanner yet.
I wish that "book scanner" that came up earlier didn't do bad things to colors. It could probably do everything except the spreads, but I wouldn't pay that much for a scanner if I couldn't get excellent color out of it. I wonder how much of that is correctable and how much is just lost--admin2, did you ever try any kind of color calibration? You said it was because of the edge correction in the drivers--can that be turned off to get proper colors (since that scanner is probably better than most even without that)?
(I'm not in the market just yet, but eventually...)
I like it, though I wish I had the first one. Where'd you see scans for it? I havn't been able to find them, only for the first one, (regular) Lollipop.

Well... let me restate that ^^. I don't have the scans, more like pictures from Icie's site Hunting the Elusive and those picture Icie posted turned me off, so I will not be getting it.
