I do not watch the show, but if these sexbomb girls here do really not have many friends, such as the title states, this series surely would be the most unrealistic piece of media ever existed.

It does not always mean that good looking people will always get many friends. It's more complex than that. However it does mean that good looking people do always tend to get good first impressions.

Besides you should still watch the series since it does show that two of the main girls are... lol quite friendless.
