This is how the page actually looks like; not paper texture.

Visually the book does have a lot of horrible texture but it doesn't show up when looked at a perfect angle and scanned like in post #193280

Was it originally drawn digitally or drawn on textured paper? Makes a world of difference.

That has has the same texture as this page.

You misunderstand. Does the book say they were digitally generated, or drawn on textured paper?

Oh, well then I would've meant it was digitally drawn to look textured. I mean what kind of books are done by hand these days?
