I really hate to say it but thats ed just gender changed.

The artist doesn't seem to agree with that on pixiv though...

The gun is very Riza, but the arm, glove, and face are definitely Ed (though the face is obviously more effeminate than Ed usually is). It's like it's a genderswap of Ed who swiped Riza's gun. It looks to me like the artist is very confused - especially if they're claiming that this is Riza. It doesn't look anything like her.

Ed wears the same type of gloves. He just doesn't have an alchemical circle on his like Mustang does.
