I agree the quality control hasn't been that rigid lately, but I don't accept this one as an example of it. This picture is very well-worked on and full of beautiful and harmonic details, it's not the kind of picture that gets entirely ruined by a small anatomy fault. Both colors and lineart are enchanting and without a doubt of a higher than average quality. More simple and amateurish pictures would be much more compromised with an anatomy mistake than this one. The anatomy is not the focus here, and the overall picture isn't horrible.

The problem with anatomical_fault fault tags are that they can be subjective. With this image I may well have called it horrible but note it hasn't been deleted.
