Sakuya doesn't look that bad, but Flandre and Remilia are awful... I think the hair is so weird, it doesn't help. Poorly shaded, doesn't look real as the other elements in the picture. And their heads are too wide (like in width). omg Remilia's eyebrows they hurt my retina.

(the rest is so well done, it's such a pity the faces and hair ruined everything.)

Am I seriously the only person here who likes this? Wow. People truly do not have any respect for TRUE art. Pretty much what everyone is saying here is "IT'S NOT ANIME STYLE? THEN IT'S UGLY!!!111!" it makes me disappointed.
