Nah, I don't have them in my blacklist anymore.
I just mean that even if I search for lolis, that won't really mean a thing, since it won't actually be lolis in my results, but even girls like...Ruri.
So it doesn't exactly help or narrow it down.

It can be any cup (even higher than "D"...and yes I came across them and they are so horrible) as long as the girl has a child-like appearance and is explicit.

Well...loli is a girl who looks like a child but is actually in her mid teens or could be in her early thirthies...(does anyone know komoe-sensei from the "To Aru Majustu" series?) I also think that it could get confusing when u have a character who is unamed and stuff so...just try to figure it out the best u can...

Not just the UK you'll find. I doubt using blacklists would hold up in court.
