I tried to fix the scan I had of this and I couldn't. I guess it's going to take more time and effort on my part ...

It looks hash marked all over the image not as smooth as I would like I can't seem to find a happy medium where it's not too sharp and not over blurred. Her skin looks especially affected by it.
