She is Eve Santaclaus (Female form of Santa Claus). In "THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls", she is famous for having a weird sense of clothing. For example, she covered her private parts with seaweed when going to the beach or wearing skimpy outfit in the winter. So this is *Really* normal
