Look at the edges around the ribbons. Looks like something tracing software would cause maybe.

These kinds of process has its use like more "clean" for a wallpaper I guess..

That's true I suppose, shrinking to monitor resolution would hide it. Much easier than the way I do it at least. As a high res scan I personally think this ruins the image, but I'm one of those heretics that doesn't like the pristine vector look. It takes all the depth out of the illustration, like a movie without any film grain.
