updated in the first comment, the lines are still in the raw. (is it likely I need to iron it again?!)

The lines in the hair is honestly too minor and would be too time consuming to fix.
It's up to you if you wanna retry it though.

Btw are you sure your scanning software isn't sharpening the scans in any way?
I've worked with Pikatto tapestries before and they shouldn't be this grainy.
