How is that a loli? The tag has been popping up everywhere lately. I don't know the lore of the game, but this girl is a typical highschooler.

I agree, but as long as a character has a child-like look (flat chest, among other things), it's tagged "loli", even if she's not a < 15 year-old girl. I had an argument about that, before.

The loli tag used to be used *only* for explicit rated material because it is a blacklisting tag. I never really saw where or when that policy changed but it gets put on everything now even images that are rated safe.

According to the wiki's description of loli, it's not just for "explicit", but also for those that are "suggestive (not safe for work)" (i.e. in my opinion, those rated "questionable" are also included, which means anything NOT rated as "safe").

yeah iirc default blacklist also includes loli q, not sure though.
