Is there any problem of the picture? Like containing commercial content? If that's the case, it make sense that no one else upload it and didn't appear in the game.

It's bad when someone uploads tons of boring, repetitive Cg's. Usually most of the poses and actions (sexual or not) repeat over and over in games.
Only the most overwhelming and original should be uploaded. But, who determines which one is good or bad ? Teh mods of course.

No need to have so many variation. If it's a CG set, you can find them so easily. No need for us to host them.

This "game cg" from the game is hidden from player, you can't view it during playing, even after finishing the game, you still can't find it from cg mode.
It is hidden inside the game resources, you need to extract the game file to get it.
That's why I upload this picture.
