It would seem that whoever fixed the gap in this one malformed part of her left hand and likely removed the visible part of her upper right hand, also the shadow is sharper than elsewhere.
Of course I could be wrong, and the mistakes may well be from the author himself, but the editing seems the likely cause here.

Looks like a lazy fix to me too. But unfortunately I don't think you will have any luck to find the raw. Hell, due to the popularity of this particular image, I can't find any alternative versions (like digital samples) either.
