From when some of our mods are such subjective and rude for deleting posts?

just backup this funny deleting reason: http://snag.gy/rPYyl.jpg

I've talk about this problem again and again and I really get tired about it. If some people keep doing this, I will start a thread on forum to "impeach" them.
I've never really agreed on deleting posts for minor anatomy problems but then again I'm not that liberal in the first place.

another suggestion:
some reason like "screening" can be held in raw pool.maybe someone else can fix them :)
Radio has been putting raws into pool #3169 and I've been deleting the ones I fix and replace along the way.

Other than those, normally we delete ones with screening that we think are too poor and unfixable.
Other then mods, and a few dedicated users, images with image faults are very rarely fixed. We shouldn't keep images with errors unless they can be fixed in a reasonable time frame.

Van shouldn't have used that those hands as a deletion reason, but they really are godawful and I would have deleted it myself. Please try to make it clearer why the image was deleted.
"bad anatomy" or "subpar artwork" would be better?
"bad hands" is fairly clear - hands were not drawn well.

This is true. "Bad scanning quality" should be the main reasons for mods to delete posts and it's objective. If anyone really wanna fix these bad images they can still go download them from deleted posts, it's easy to figure out the URLs.

Just your opinion. Anyway next time I will undelete it without any notification if we can't reach a consensus. I tried to avoid to do so since some mods said it's disrespectful, but it's no more worth to respect these rude (to uploaders and other mods) deletions.
Well, one way for poor quality images to be dealt with is for the mod to flag for deletion rather then delete. That way two mods are involved in the decision to delete.

Don't know if this is the right thing to do, and probably it's better to create a forum thread.

The main focus of the image is very decent though and not worth deleting imo.
Although the hand are not drawn very well, a deletion reason as specific as "bad hands" may be a little harsh and mocking. That's why I started using "subpar artwork" for images with several flaws. That is for, I say, several objective flaws.
I would recommend take things easily, rules and guidelines always in mind but more than that, good judgment. Wether it is Van's desire to keep the site's quality or Fireattack's effort to motivate uploaders, conflict should be avoided and friendly discussion encouraged.
lol.. I don't think mods should really judge about image faults, because what something is a fault for one person, might be artistic freedom to another.. besides this is easy to fix: we could beautifully cut the center of the image out, though it wouldn't have the meaning it has / suggests now.
