No, there isn't. As of now Tsuzuki Masaki and neither Seven Arcs have said anything about them being a couple and there's no scene that confirms it. And most likely never will, as it's basically the expectative of it what keeps the franchise funded (the sad truth, people).

Taking in mind Force oficially takes place after Vivid and they're still regarded as best friends, I don't think so.

Since when it's totally obligatory for two people to be a couple to raise an adopted child?

Also every scene that supposedly regards NanoFate as "canon" is only ship tease. Until there is an "I love you", or kiss scene, or either Masaki Tsuzuki or Seven Arcs confirm they're a couple in the romantic sense, no, they're not lesbians.

What's actually MORE amazing is that people take the ship way TOO seriously.

Try switching their genders to male, then noone can deny that it's gay. Or if you're a hetero, genderbend one to a male, it may not be romantic relationship but is it platonic? Yes. Oh and for those wondering if it's going to go full gay any time soon, not gonna happen. See: 99% of mahou shoujos.

Actually, I'm just accepting canon facts. Believe or not, not everyone sees Nanoha and Fate as a couple. I have seen plenty of people that only see them as friends and ship any of them with other characters (Vita, Yuuno, Chrono, Hayate, Signum, etc.) and others that simply go by the only couples that both would ever have in canon: Nanoha x Job and Fate x Job. All of the official art that have Nanoha and Fate blushing are only ship tease to make sure shippers still get into the franchise, lots of other Magical Girl animes do the same. So as long as there's no official word of it, Fate has no confirmed romantic feelings for Nanoha.

BTW, there actually exists official art of Madoka and Homura together blushing; does that confirm them as a couple? as you said, no, the same is for Nanoha and Fate.

Actually, the Madoka x Homura thing is confirmed in a lot of Madoka media... including the PS Vita game and the 3rd movie.

This guy is a Madoka's official French translator living in Japan. He has contacts with a lot of people in the manga/anime/videogames world, including Gen Urobuchi (he made him come in France in May 2013, where I could meet him) and it's partly thanks to him if the anime and the mangas of Madoka are published in France, and all the three movies were aired in a Parisian theater as well. So I think we can trust him when he confirms both M × H and K × S couples are canon.

Basically, I won't be convinced until there's official word about it. As I said before, they're ship teasing to make NanoFate shippers (the majority of the fanbase) still interested in the franchise.

Also, do the voice actresses animate the series? Do they design the characters? Do they write the series? Do they make the entirety of the series? Oh yeah, they just provide their voices for the characters and sing OPs/EDs.

Unfortunately like with NanoFate they're only ship teasing, maybe partially confirmed due to Rebellion, but not fully (which is a shame 'cuz I actually ship them).
