She doesn't need to find her locker because this school belongs to her XD. *cough* Jokes aside, actually it's a drawing technique, the artist left the name tab blank in order to let the viewer concentrate more to Shimakaze, rather than spending time try to pronounce Kanji/Hiragana/Katakana on those name tab and it also saves time of thinking, writing names for the artist, which sometimes could be a painful task.

I think she remember the place where the shoes put...

Her locker is in the far left side which isn't in the pic, those lockers are for the new students ;P
