This is a re-upload of #275905, which is mistakenly deleted by someone, who misundertood that it's a "twitter wallpaper". In fact, it's an image from the monthly background advert of the website game-style.jp (direct link: http://www.game-style.jp/style/201312/1312background_wall_a.jpg ).

Because the system detects duplication if uploaded as jpg again (and so doesn't let you publish it).

Well, if this image is against the rules, then feel free to remove it.
