i kinda feel the mat is based on an actual photo...and the artist actually made 2 versions but only posted the non-18x version on the forum@_@

If I had to guess, I would guess kobuichi or muririn, but I don't know for sure. We would probably have to figure it out at the source in order to find out for sure, and the link fairyren gave doesn't make that clear as far as I can tell.

It's by "萌受" (dunno the actual name) for use as mascot of a Chinese fansub. And she/he apparently copied the style of kobumuri.
