Could someone translate what it says?
I am Pneumothorax
Can't breath...so painful...
...am I in love?

Bottom left: Go to hospital!

Sounds like a bad Final Fantasy enemy.

I actually thought you were joking lol
Except yeah, that actually is more or less correct.
Probably easier to say collapsed lung, easier to understand.
Kikyou, not Pneumothorax.....

So you're saying we should call the heroine in Inuyasha "Pneumothorax" instead of "Kikyou"?

Also: ききょう can mean a number of things including chinese bellflowers.

You are right that ききょう can be some kanji other than 気胸, but it will be hard for the audiences to get the joke. Maybe I should have kept the name as Kikyou, and add a side note to it.

Well, there is no way to keep the pun when translating I think. if you just leave kikyou there ppl who don't understand Japenese will not understand that kantoku got Pneumothorax.

Maybe it should be translated as " I am Pneumothorax (which also pronounces like a girl's name in Japanese)"..
Look at the cat on the bottom-left corner: is there some sort of tube on his side? Could this be what "Kikyou" is about?
I think the cat is kantoku. Apparently he posted this pic from the hospital lol.
i hate writing too much in the comment section.

Kikyou can be the pronunciation of a couple of things in Japanese, including collapsed lung and bellflower. Kantoku is currently having collapsed lung again, and he drew this girl named Kikyou.

I was curious and looked it up. Kantoku actually draw himself as a snake like creature (post #183444). That cat is called ananeko (post #94861), not exactly sure if it is also a representation of him.
abut this... kantoku is still sick as reported from this: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-04-20/artist-kantoku-reports-he-is-still-hospitalized
