Undelete: since the artwork is fine, exception can be made.

The idea behind no uploading your own artwork is to prevent the site to become a showcase of epeen.

However those who still want to upload their own artwork can do so by anonymously uploading it. (and don't brag around)

I do remember we chopped off many artist who uploaded their artwork before.

If it is objectively pretty poor artwork then there is no need for another mod to review. If there is any doubt, though, then we need a second opinion. In this case I would have done this.

Is there is a way to send an image into the mod queue post-upload? That would be quite handy if we needed that second opinion.

I still think the best course of action here is to hard-delete this post, and immediately re-upload anonymously or as another user so no rules are broken or exceptions needed.
