Pretty sure it's that goofy smile she's got...gives it a very off-putting feel

IMOid make the eyes a bit bigger, more spread and down, and fix the mouth size, place and shape just a bit. i think the biggest cause of weirdness sensation is how cartoonish the face is, expression and line wise, and the rest is very classy-like painted and anime-ish. but its not really a bad picture. i think her face is fat because of how "close to center" and small her eyes are. uh tl;dr its a subtle thing its not really gross so this is why you couldnt even put a finger on it. and it can be "fixed" in different ways. on a side note, i rly liked the colors and blur effect

What are you blind? The eyes are fine, it's the mouth that needs to be fixed. If they made the eyes any bigger it would actually ruin it...That smile is the worst I've ever seen.
