We have found Fantômas's* granddaughter/grandson (who can tell?)...
Fantômas is a famous villain in a French novel series written by P. Souvestre and M. Allain, and there were 3 movies telling original stories in the mid and late 1960's, with Louis de Funès and Jean Marais. Fantômas's main ability was to use realistic masks to trick people while he commited crimes.

Perhaps the face's design is a bit too androgynous to say she's... a she. But who cares, anyway? If his/her goal is to change his/her appearance, (s)he can be either a boy or a girl underneath his/her clothes and mask.
