sometimes i think ppl dont like money. why isnt this canon yet???
Love Live!, Idolm@ster and Aikatsu! are all owned (in the end) by Bandai Namco, of course they are obtaining money. They could even benefit from rivalry of their fanbases.

Lovelive as a franchise is created by Lantis, Sunrise and G's magazine. The first two are all owned by BandaiNamco (the last one is owned by Kadokawa). Bushiroad only makes the mobile game and is unlikely to own the IP of the series. More like a contractor (maybe slightly better).
