Europeans and Americans share this obsession, too... Maybe it's because Asian women tend to not have as big breasts as ours, in general? And a bit of "bigger breasts = better mother"?

This is in no way exclusive to Asians.
If anything, contrary to the Japanese the majority of the world freaks out over loli art and you might even get taken to court/jail depending on what country you're from.
Apparently Australia even has/had a law that forbids women with flat chests to star in pornography because they might be underage or give the impression that it is 'child pornography' or something far-fetched like that.
