Does anyone know what exactly is this artbook? Of course it's not "Dengeki G's Magazine".. I assume it's either

or combination of them.

Sounds about right, they each only has 100-ish pages (dengekiya said 98 for season II's, while Amazon says 128..), and the (weird) page size matches as well.
