In the image's page, click Edit under the image to enter edit mode. Then you can replace the wrong artist tag with the one you think is correct. But make sure it isn't used by something else first (e.g. an anime character or another artist that has the same name). Always go to this page to search for a tag first: https://yande.re/tag?order=date

And this page too for artists, as they may have a different name in yande.re: https://yande.re/artist?order=date
