Yeah, you really do sound like you have a clue. That's like saying 'just because I have a penis fetish, I should like all images that have penises in them, regardless of how the penis looks'. Images with the foot soles 'in your face' such as the image above don't interest me whatsoever. There are certain ways in which I like feet to be presented; depending on that, they can look more or less attractive based on said presentation. Oh, sorry, maybe I should take your comment seriously when you tell me whether or not I indeed have this fetish. After all, you do live in my head.

I think I understand.
(You may be similar to me...)

Maybe it's how the way it is portrayed in images.
Also take into account on how it is drawn. That's important too right?

So anyway for this image, maybe if it wasn't like the big focus of this image, you'll like it better?
Am I right or wrong?

Well yeah, more or less. I don't really like it when the feet are portrayed that way, as you say. It's ok for them to be noticeable in the image, but if anything, feet exist as a means of accentuating the beauty of a character to me; in the same way as pretty clothes. I prefer them to be used that way; a subtle touch of elegance to a piece of art. Two examples of what I mean:
