Exceptions are often made for quality images by the mods on a case by case basis.

1.6MP and above are allowed to be approved by a mod. If it's less then that it must be deleted.

If a mod is deliberately letting them in then they aren't doing their job properly.

That's what I thought. Just thought I'd check because I've had some between 1.55 and 1.6MP accepted/deleted within a few weeks of each other in the past.
