I'm pretty sure that this is a nude shop from an illustration of the novel (see 'parent post') so in that sense it´s fan made.

Not "nude shop", just removal of the "mists" covering her tits (or her clothes would also have been removed).

But yes, this won't exist in the real books (they aren't x-rated anyways).
