Yeah, I feel you. Based on one picture, how do you draw the line between just regular friendship and romantic/sexual interest?

If it's not stated specifically to be yuri by the artist/source I think it is often, to some degree, just wishful thinking from the tagger's side.

Couldn't be confirmed as the uploader didn't provide any source.

But now I've got the source from Danbooru by doing image search, and the source (Pixiv) is indeed tagged with "yuri".
