This one looks like it was saved as a jpeg twice, the artifacts are far worse.

the whole digital book is badly compressed. And this one has a good scan fixed version (color need to be adjusted): post #346443

A second look at the scanned version, I believe there is a printing error since the scanned version also has artifacts
