This one identical to post #341357 (pixel perfect). So I will keep the old one because of first-come.

I compared and I saw a little gain on the latest.

Did you compare the files or the pixels? The file is obviously different since they have different hash (due do various reasons), but I compared every single pixel's rgb values in Matlab and found out they are all same.

Edit: I checked the metatags, the old one has optimized Huffman table etc., thus the smaller size.

Didn't know that was possible so I think you're right then.
