It's probably supposed to have that effect in the game that it's from. Certainly, tomose_shunsaku doesn't normally draw anyone that looks like this. This will probably be his lowest ratest image on the site and stay there. :)

There aren't many images depicting fat girls in this site...

Maybe either add the extreme_content tag to the image, or simply delete the image itself.

Just added extreme_content, because it probably suits the description of "bodies that are far outside the realm of normal human proportion" XD

I think it's a funny illustration (especially knowing that it's by Tomose Shunsaku) and a nice showcase that the artist can draw characters other than typical bishoujos as well

While I agree that it would nice to have a tag that would make this image blacklistable based on how hideous the "woman" is, it's not like we have many images around here that would need to be blacklisted on similar grounds. So, such a tag probably wouldn't help much anyway.

Agreed. As an example I've actually noticed that the character in your profile pic (Patchouli Knowledge) has large amount of really cute chubby illustrations on other image boards and Pixiv.

It's a visual novel's game CG, so you may have to ask its game studio/scenario writer/someone who used to play the game for it (can't answer your question as I personally never played that game before).
