There isn't anything on VNDB indicating there will be but the game just came out. The amateur group that's currently focused on Yuzusoft games is "The Oxford Comma is Superior Subs" but they are busy with Dracu-Riot. Sekai Project did get the licensing rights for Tenshin Ranman Lucky or Unlucky!? but it's an older game and they are doing an All-Ages version (there might be a +18 version but unannounced has far has i know). So unless a group like MangaGamer gets licensing rights for Yuzusoft games or some random amateur group likes it you wont be seeing it anytime soon.

EDIT: If you like the artstyle check out Noble ☆ Works, it's the same group of artists and it's fully translated.

Thanks ! also i found some english patch.. but only translated text is main menu and that bottom panel in game (load,save..) so i dont know if its like fake or im doing something wrong :(

Those are already in English from the get go, and there's no partial patch that i'm aware if there is it's probably for options menu.
