With that being said, I have to admit that this image is a bit extreme compared to most other loli, due to the implied age. If there were such a tag, I would give this an "extreme loli" tag. But then again, as of this writing, it has the "extreme content" tag, which should be sufficient, and will allow the blacklisting of extreme images.
