in reality, the heart is kind of "inclined". it indeed starts rather centered, but its apex points to low left, so the entire organ is kinda left positioned.
i think the artist ignored the muscles in the belly, focusing only on most important organs... the muscles only appear on her legs.
i think her esophagus should have been visible though... wonder what the artist was thinking when chose those specific organs to be displayed.
