Were official western video game artworks always allowed?

no they are not allowed if im right or that rule does not work with normal members (my Ghost Brid Morgana got deleted)

Are some of these too western? Could another mod please review.

I don't mind them personally. spoiler(actually I think Riot Games has some incredibly talented artists working for them that put a lot of artists on here to shame)

I was just under the impression that it is not allowed to upload official artworks here that do not originate from Asia as I never see them and if they do get uploaded they would likely get deleted like charunetra's upload did (https://yande.re/post/show/257753 I believe is the case he was referring to).

That's not correct. It's the style that's important, not the region the artist is from.
