I don't generally upload my own scans, but I've seen people upload... jpeg version of my scans here. I release png scan only but somewhere turn it into inferior jpeg crap and it ends up here.

Huh. Some people care about their upload status and use others scans for their benefits I think. The thing is, why convert though? Some sites can't handle certain types of formats? Quality gets degraded when it goes though that process.
