Oh, a scan of the French edition cover (with the logo at the top left corner)! I bought this volume last Wednesday.

Just to note for the image, it's the special edition cover of the book for Japanese.

There's two publications now, the special edition and the normal one. Normal one is an image that spans two books where as the special editions are more like this one.

So it seems that we could get the special edition cover for the French version (this red “Yuri” logo in the corner belongs to Taifu Comics, a French manga editor specialized in yaoi, yuri and (no censored) hentai titles).
